The attorney holds the occupational title of \u201cRechtsanwalt beim Bundesgerichtshof\u201d (advocate at the Federal Supreme Court). The title was conferred by the Federal Minister of Justice in 2000, following a special selection procedure. The advocate is a member of the Federal Supreme Court Bar Council, Karlsruhe (Herrenstra\u00dfe 45a, 76133 Karlsruhe\/Germany), which is the competent supervisory council. Applicable statutes are the Federal Law of Advocates, the Federal Law of Advocates\u2019 Fees as well as professional Rules of conduct incorporated in BORA and FAO of the Federal Bar Council.
